MyCSO is operated by Rokos.io Corp (“we”, “us”). By signing in or using this environment you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and “you” means that company.
MyCSO brings together the output of application-security scanning tools, an asset inventory, runtime telemetry and an exception register, and reports on them as one estate. Scarlett, the AppSec Analyst, answers questions about that estate in plain language and builds reports from it. What each person can open, and which part of the estate they can see, is decided by their role and scope.
This is a private, invite-only demonstration provided so that you can decide whether MyCSO is worth buying. Specific things about it:

Answers, charts and reports are generated by large language models working over the demonstration data. They are usually right and they are sometimes wrong. They can misread a question, choose the wrong column, or state something with more confidence than the underlying data supports.
So: MyCSO is a tool for analysis, not a source of professional advice, and nothing it produces is a security assessment. Nothing it says is financial, legal or regulatory advice. Do not treat any output of this demonstration as a statement about the real security posture of any organisation — it is not, and it cannot be, because the underlying data is invented.
You remain responsible for decisions you make using MyCSO. Where the law permits, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated output.
We do not use anything from this environment to train foundation models.

How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy notice, which forms part of these terms. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
The estate data in this environment is ours and is invented; you acquire no rights in it, and it says nothing about you.
There is nothing to pay. This demonstration is free, and we will not charge you without asking you to agree to a price first.
We aim to keep the demonstration available and working, but we offer no service level guarantee for it. We may change, interrupt, reset or withdraw it, and it may be unavailable without notice.
You may stop using MyCSO at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end or suspend your access if you materially breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or when the demonstration is retired.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law allows: MyCSO is provided “as is”; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue or lost data; and because you have paid us nothing for this demonstration, our total liability in respect of it is nil.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief wherever appropriate.
